Made using a heritage variety of Barley, grown on the Orkney Islands where it has been farmed for over 2,500 years.
Nose: Cereals, ripe fruits, sweet vanilla, peach, coconut and hints of cinder toffee and fudge.
Palate: Malted barley, sweet fruit and oak notes with peaches in syrup, honey, chocolate, cinder toffee and apricot jam.
Finish: Pears, peaches and apples.
