Càrn Mòr is a range of rare and unique independent bottlings. The small, limited bottlings express the unique differences of each batch rather than trying to aim for consistency and is bottled in a way that many of the distilleries cannot due to restrictions. The Càrn Mòr range will be as close to drinking from the cask as possible.

The whisky was matured exclusively in ex-Jack Daniels barrels to give an interesting slant on spirit that is normally sherry cask influence in official bottles from the distillery.
