A single botanical gin, Aiteal is distilled using only rare and sustainably foraged, fresh Irish juniper. Aiteal is the irish word for juniper and this is the only 100% Irish gin.
Taste: Juniper forward as might be expected, but with interesting green and herbal notes.
Serving Suggestion: The perfect gin for Martinis and NEgronis. Alternatively, serve with a classic or flavoured tonic and a wedge of lime.
