This is the first of 4 Limited Edition drams to come out from Arran as part of the Signature Series. This edition is a marriage of a selection of remnant casks that previously held Bourbon and Sherry. These casks represent distillations over the years and some of the whisky was distilled a few years into the distillery life and other remnants include up to 2017 distillations which have all been hand selected by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman.

Nose:  Toffee apples, vanilla, cinnamon spice, really clean and prominent orange blossom notes, star anise.

Palate:  Silky smooth and balanced, light liquorice, menthol herbs, honey.
